Republic Voice & Data is hiring a Business Development Specialist to join our team in Tampa, FL.
We provide businesses with technology solutions including VoIP phone systems, surveillance cameras, low-voltage cabling, access control and more.
This is a full-time, in-person role with base salary + commission and great benefits. No sales or technology experience needed—just a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and drive to succeed.
Responsibilities- Prospect and grow new business opportunities.
- Network, attend events, and meet with clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Assist with proposals and presentations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a background check.
- Strong communication skills and comfort with networking.
- Base salary + commission (uncapped earnings).
