The Treasury Management Advisor is comfortable with the role and image of a professional and has an eagerness to develop and refine the subject matter expertise and sales support skills necessary to help their teams achieve successful results.

  • Responsible for generating new revenue, deposit growth, and production results sufficient to meet Bank, Department, individual, and other assigned goals.

Prospecting, outside calling, COI development, and new client acquisition activities comprise approximately 80% of this role; proposal preparation, research, analysis, reporting, and related follow-up comprise approximately 20%.
  • Maintains defined activity standards, including outside prospecting calls, joint banker calls, pipeline reviews, and new treasury relationship goals as established by the Treasury and Payments Director.
  • Uses market knowledge, prospect conversations, and field activity to identify client needs, competitive opportunities, and business trends that support effective product positioning and new relationship development.
  • Prepares customized Treasury Management proposals that address each prospect’s cash flow structure, risk exposure, operational needs, and long-term relationship opportunity.

  • Applies relevant legislation, policies, procedures, and standards throughout prospecting, proposal, onboarding, and new relationship development activities while building rapport with prospective clients through thoughtful discovery and shared business interests.
