Schneider Electric's Public Sector Solution Sales Development Program is a 10-week training immersion for new graduates. You'll shadow experienced sales professionals, learn to present solutions, and be paired with mentors to guide your first year.
After training, you'll join either Business Development Representative or Sales Account Executive roles, developing executive relationships and guiding clients through complex sales cycles with cross-functional teams.
