Waterloo Turf Tampa Bay is seeking a driven Turf Pro to grow residential turf projects in a fast-moving Florida market. You’ll be out in the field following up on inbound leads, building relationships with homeowners, and closing projects in a territory with real momentum behind it.
The right person brings strong sales instincts, earns trust quickly, and is motivated by what they put in. This role offers a $50,000 base plus commissions with first-year expectations of $75,000 to $150,000+.
