About the RoleWaterloo Turf Tampa Bay is looking for a driven, sales-minded Turf Pro to join a growing operation in one of Florida's fastest-growing markets. You will be out in the field following up on inbound leads, building relationships with homeowners, and closing projects in a territory with real momentum behind it. The right person brings strong sales instincts, earns trust quickly, and is motivated by what they put in.
WhatYou'll Do
Drive new business through outbound prospecting, referral partnerships, and inbound lead follow-up
Conduct on-site consultations, assess property needs, prepare estimates, and close residential turf projects
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with consistent follow-up
Communicate project details to installation crews and stay involved through completion
Conduct final walkthroughs to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
Identify and pursue commercial opportunities as the territory grows
Support proposal creation, scheduling, and CRM updates
What We're Looking ForProven background in outside sales, home services, landscaping, construction, or a related field
Comfortable in the field; site visits, in-home consultations, and face-to-face selling are a big part of the day
Strong communicator who builds trust quickly with homeowners
Organized and dependable with excellent follow-through habits
Self-starter who can manage a territory independently and generate their own pipeline
Someone who wants to grow with the business over time
