Vice President Sales

Lavu, Inc. seeks a Vice President of Sales to lead revenue growth for its restaurant-focused POS and payment SaaS platform. You will own sales strategy, forecasting, and execution across SMB and mid-market segments, building and scaling a high-performing sales organization. Key responsibilities include defining go-to-market plans, optimizing the sales funnel, building partnerships, and collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive acquisition and expansion.

You will hire, coach, and mentor sales leaders and reps, implement data-driven processes and KPIs, and ensure predictable growth in a fast-paced, innovative culture.

• Lead, scale, and mentor a high-performing sales organization and leadership team
• Develop and manage sales forecasts, pipelines, and KPIs for predictable revenue
• Design and refine go-to-market plans and territory models across segments
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive acquisition and expansion
• Establish data-driven sales processes, tools, and reporting for continuous optimization
• Drive enterprise and channel partnerships to expand reach and revenue
• Set pricing and packaging input in partnership with Product and Finance
• Ensure strong sales enablement, playbooks, and onboarding for new hires
• Represent sales voice in executive planning and strategic initiatives
