Entry Level Sales Representative

Renuity is seeking an Entry Level Sales Representative to join our fast-growing national home remodeling team. In this construction-focused sales role, you'll visit homeowners, learn their needs, and present bathroom, window, door, and other renovation solutions. You'll receive comprehensive training on products, sales process, and measuring projects. Responsibilities include qualifying leads, preparing estimates, and closing deals while maintaining accurate records in our CRM.

You'll thrive in our customer-focused, performance-oriented culture, working closely with installation and operations teams to deliver high-quality workmanship and an exceptional homeowner experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners for remodeling projects
• Qualify leads and understand customer needs and budgets
• Present Renuity bath, window, door, and remodeling solutions
• Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals
• Follow up on leads from marketing and previous customers
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
• Use CRM tools to document visits, estimates, and outcomes
• Collaborate with installation, customer service, and operations teams
• Attend product and sales training sessions
• Represent Renuity with professionalism in the field
