Tampa Bay Collective is hiring In-Store Sales Associates to represent client campaigns at retail locations across the Tampa area.

You’ll work face-to-face with customers, introduce campaigns, answer questions, and turn conversations into results.

We provide the training — you bring the energy, communication skills, and willingness to improve.

• Meet and engage with customers in person
• Introduce and explain client campaigns
• Answer questions and provide relevant information
• Build rapport through confident, natural conversations
• Work toward individual and team performance goals
• Develop your sales and communication skills through ongoing coaching

• Weekly base pay + additional performance-based earnings
