Junior Sales Associate

Renuity, a national home remodeling leader, is hiring a Junior Sales Associate to support in-home sales of bath, window, door, and other renovation solutions. In this entry-level role, you'll qualify leads, assist with consultations, prepare estimates, and help close residential projects. You'll learn Renuity's products, sales process, and financing options while working closely with senior reps and operations teams. We seek driven, customer-focused professionals eager to grow a sales career in the construction and home renovation industry.

Responsibilities

• Support in-home consultations for bath, window, door, and home renovation projects
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments from inbound and outbound contacts
• Assist senior sales reps with proposals, measurements, and financing options
• Present Renuity solutions and value to homeowners professionally
• Update CRM with customer information, follow-ups, and pipeline status
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales and activity targets
• Collaborate with installation, operations, and customer service teams
• Participate in ongoing sales, product, and industry training
