Territory Manager - Outside Sales

Position Overview

Priority1 is hiring college graduates for Territory Manager positions in Tampa to drive new business acquisition in B2B freight logistics.

Location:

Tampa, Florida.

• Prospect and acquire new business through B2B door‑to‑door cold calling.
• Develop lead generation and use CRM to track activity.
• Sell and set up new accounts, managing the accounts you acquire.
• Participate in the Fast Start Program – 3 months of in‑the‑field training with upper management.
• Engage in ongoing training and development provided by the Executive Development Team.

• 0‑2 years of sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, marketing, communication).
• Active involvement in campus activities; athletic background highly recommended.
• Enthusiastic, energetic, polished, professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong determination to be part of a winning team and a burning desire to succeed.

• Base salary of $50,000 + uncapped commission.
• $500 monthly car allowance and reimbursement for gas receipts.

• 401(k) plan with typical annual contribution of 15% of eligible compensation.
