Job SummaryWe are seeking a personable and enthusiastic Communications Associate to support customer outreach, promotional communication, and relationship-building activities. The ideal candidate enjoys connecting with people, communicating information clearly, and representing the company professionally while developing valuable communication and business skills.
Responsibilities- Communicate with customers and prospective customers in a professional manner.
- Engage with customers to understand their interests and needs.
- Build positive relationships through effective communication.
- Support customer outreach and engagement initiatives.
- Participate in community events and customer engagement opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective customers when appropriate.
- Assist with product and service presentations.
- Distribute promotional information and materials.

- Collaborate with team members to support customer engagement and business objectives.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

- Strong listening and relationship-building abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable interacting with customers in person.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
- Previous communications, customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or promotional experience is a plus but not required.
