Regional Sales Manager

RejuvenX is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and develop our Business Development team across the Tampa Bay region.

This role is for a strong sales leader, not just a strong individual salesperson. You’ll lead a team of BDRs, drive referral and revenue growth, develop territory strategy, and spend meaningful time in the field coaching your team and building relationships with key referral partners.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Development Representatives across multiple territories
• Build and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company growth goals
• Hold the team accountable to sales goals, activity expectations, and performance metrics
• Conduct regular one-on-ones, field rides, joint sales calls, and performance reviews
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop sales talent
• Identify opportunities to grow referral volume, revenue, and market presence
• Build and maintain relationships with referring physicians, strategic accounts, and industry partners
• Monitor territory performance and adjust strategy based on results
• Manage regional resources, expenses, headcount, and territory coverage
• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Executive Leadership
• Provide regular performance reporting and market insights to the SVP of Sales
• Ensure the team operates in accordance with company policies, healthcare regulations, and ethical sales practices

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience
• At least 2 years of sales management, team-lead, or supervisory experience
• Healthcare or pharmaceutical sales experience required
• Proven experience directly managing, coaching, and developing a sales or business development team
• Strong understanding of consultative and relationship-based selling
• Demonstrated ability to hold a team accountable to measurable goals
• Strong executive presence, communication, and presentation skills
• Highly organized with strong follow-through and performance tracking
• Comfortable working independently and making decisions in the field
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record required
• Ability to travel throughout the region 50–75% of the time
• Experience launching, developing, or significantly growing new territories or markets strongly preferred
