The Sales Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Tampa, FL. This role supports the sales team by responding to inquiries, preparing quotes, and assisting with client onboarding for temporary housing solutions. The Sales Assistant helps maintain accurate records in CRM systems, organizes documentation, and coordinates with operations to ensure housing details and timelines are met. Daily responsibilities include communicating with prospective and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting follow-up activities to help drive sales.
The role also involves scheduling meetings, organizing sales materials, and contributing to a smooth, efficient sales process.
- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to build positive relationships and support client needs.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills, including lead follow-up, basic negotiation, and an interest in learning sales processes.
- Candidates should possess solid Organization Skills to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and handle time-sensitive requests.
- Relevant qualifications include prior experience in customer-facing or administrative roles, proficiency with office and CRM software, and a high school diploma or equivalent; experience in corporate housing, real estate, or hospitality is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Tampa, FL, collaborate with a diverse team, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment is required.
