Summary

The Senior Client Advisor in Tampa will oversee the client advisor team and support store leadership to drive sales, KPIs, and a distinguished client experience. This role focuses on coaching and developing advisors, cultivating client relationships, and applying a business-minded, entrepreneurial approach to exceed targets.

• Manage and lead the client advisor team, achieving individual and team sales targets.
• Train new client advisors and provide ongoing development for team members.
• Create and maintain a positive, collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and creativity.
• Deliver outstanding client and after-sale service and build personalized client relationships.
• Cultivate and grow a robust client portfolio through proactive outreach and relationship management.
