Inside Sales Assistant

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.

Our sales team is growing, and we need someone to help fuel it. As an Inside Sales Assistant at DTG, you'll be on the front lines qualifying for leads, supporting our Account Managers, and building the foundation for a serious sales career.

In your first year, you'll develop a deep understanding of DTG's products, build real relationships with customers, and become the connective tissue between incoming interest and our sales team. You'll learn how to run a professional sales process from top to bottom with the structure, coaching, and support to grow into a full Account Manager role within 6–12 months for the right performer.

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, qualifying leads and connecting them with the right team members
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely, professional manner
• Process orders, maintain account records, and resolve basic customer issues
• Collaborate with Account Managers on targeted sales strategies and account activity
• Communicate and coordinate leads and opportunities with the appropriate team members
• Stay current on all products, promotions, and industry trends through ongoing training
• Support the broader team's customer retention and satisfaction goals

• Clear, confident verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills with a sense of urgency
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable with basic computer and phone systems
• Team-oriented mindset with a genuine desire to help customers and colleagues
• Coachable, self-motivated, and eager to learn

• 1+ year of customer service, inside sales, or B2B experience
• Associate or bachelor’s degree, or comparable work experience
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

• Base salary of $38,000 per year, plus commission and bonus opportunities
