This is a unique opportunity to run your territory and pipeline like your own business while having an experienced company behind you. You will generate your own opportunities, set appointments with homeowners, return to conduct the in-home consultation, and close the sale.

What You’ll Do

• - Generate appointments through neighborhood outreach, networking, referrals, and personal relationships
• - Speak with homeowners about their window and door needs
• - Schedule and conduct your own in-home consultations
• - Present solutions, answer questions, and close sales
• - Follow up with potential customers and ask for referrals
• - Take ownership of your schedule, pipeline, and results

Previous sales experience is helpful, but character, work ethic, and the willingness to learn matter even more.

This Is Not a Traditional 9-to-5 Position

This is a commission-driven opportunity for producers. We are not looking for someone who wants to clock in, do the minimum, and collect a paycheck.
