- Grow Ninja One brand recognition and introduce its platform and values to prospects in early evaluation stages
- Engage interested prospects and manage sales cycles to support revenue closure
- Demo the Ninja One product portfolio through online presentations
- Communicate proactively with prospective clients and respond quickly to their requirements
- Analyse customer needs and present suitable solutions
- Gather market information and industry insights
- Highlight potential opportunities and build supporting business cases
- Maintain accurate revenue reports and detailed client information in the CRM system
- Represent Ninja One at trade events
- Attend client meetings for training and onboarding
- Bring enthusiasm and energy
- Perform other duties as needed
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Career history of consistent success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Polished communication skills
- Active listening skills
- Ability to deliver meaningful product demos to business users and technical audiences
- Exceptional professional presence and business acumen
- Exceptional ability to build credibility with clients and close new business
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
- Professional fluency in English and Portuguese
- Full bilingual fluency in English and Portuguese required
- Must be able to work in Tampa, Florida, in a hybrid arrangement
- Position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
