Outreach Specialist — Gulf Atlantic Real Estate

Gulf Atlantic Real Estate is a Tampa Bay commercial brokerage and advisory firm. We work with clients across Florida on strategic real estate decisions.

We're hiring a part-time outreach specialist to support our business development efforts. You'll be making outbound calls, engaging prospects in meaningful conversation, and booking initial consultations.

• Make outbound calls from a provided contact list and introduce our services
• Engage prospects in genuine conversation — not a scripted pitch
• Book short initial consultations with our team
• Log calls, take notes, and follow up when you say you will

• You have real experience with outbound phone sales — cold calling, appointment setting, or similar
• You're a strong problem-solver who can think on your feet and adjust your approach mid-call
• You communicate clearly and confidently on the phone, and sound like a real person, not a script-reader
• You're self-directed and don't need daily hand-holding
• You handle rejection professionally and move on

Hourly base + bonus per qualified appointment booked. Additional performance incentive tied to conversions. Details discussed at interview.

Part-time, flexible schedule — ideally Tuesday through Thursday mornings.
