Junior Sales Associate

Your Role

• Promote Renuity's products and services to prospective and existing clients through direct field marketing campaigns
• Deliver engaging face-to-face sales presentations focusing on high-quality products and installation
• Participate in regular training sessions to improve sales skills and product knowledge
• Work hours:
  
  Monday to Friday, 12pm to 8pm; flexible weekend shifts available
• Part-time shifts available Monday to Friday 4pm to 8pm and weekends 10am to 2pm

• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated with an ambitious outlook to succeed in a performance-driven environment
• Confident public speaking ability
• Open-minded with a passion for learning diverse skills applicable to various career paths
• Outgoing and well-spoken, thriving in human interaction
• Must pass a criminal background check

• Base pay plus uncapped commissions and bonuses
