- Connect with prospective clients to understand their needs for home and auto coverage.
- Prepare clear, accurate quotes that provide the right level of protection for our neighbors.
- Walk clients through their policy details so they feel confident and informed about what they are buying.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure no potential client is left waiting.
- Collaborate with the rest of the office to meet our collective goals for growth and community support.
- Keep accurate records of all interactions in our database to ensure seamless service.
- Current Florida 2-20, 20-44 or 4-40 insurance license.
- Strong comfort level with computers and navigating multiple browser-based applications.
- Polished verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
- Ability to commute daily to our Tampa office.
