The Sales Manager co-manages boutique sales, customer service, and operations. This role supports the growth and development of the sales team while delivering a consistent luxury client experience.
Responsibilities- Plan and direct the boutique's day-to-day sales operations.
- Develop strategies to improve customer service, drive sales, and increase profitability.
- Build a strong sales team and implement sales initiatives.
- Ensure customer needs are met and complaints are resolved quickly and efficiently.
- Ensure products and displays are merchandised effectively.
- Forecast staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies with the District Manager.
- Participate in the annual review process.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least 5 years of retail sales experience.
- Experience leading and directing the work of others.
- Strong understanding of the luxury goods market.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, self-motivated, analytical, and organized approach to work.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, client relationship management systems, and Outlook.
