Pay Rate: $24.50 / Hour

Job Schedule: Day Time Thur  07:30 AM - 06:00 PM;
Fri 07:30 AM - 06:00 PM

• Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and contractors at a government location by following Allied Universal post orders, security-related procedures, and site‑specific policies.
• Control access at the front desk by verifying identification, processing sign‑ins, issuing visitor credentials, and directing visitors to the appropriate office or meeting area.
• Monitor security‑related systems such as cameras, alarms, and/or access control panels as assigned, and report irregular activity per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, including coordinating notifications and/or emergency response activities as directed.
• Complete required documentation such as incident reports, visitor logs, and shift activity logs with clear, accurate, and timely information.

• Have 3+ years combined law enforcement, military, and/or security experience OR a college degree.
• Be a graduate of a law enforcement or military police training program or equivalent.
• Have an Armed Guard Card and/or License.
• Have a Corrections Officer License.
• Have a Law Enforcement Officer License.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
