As a Security Officer - Full-Time Healthcare Patrol in Tampa, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a financial services location, you will conduct routine foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and support daily operations through clear communication and quick, professional response.

You will greet employees and visitors with customer-focused service, document observations, and partner with site teams to resolve concerns with integrity, reliability, agility, and teamwork.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate key details to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Control access by monitoring entry points, checking identification as directed by post orders, and directing visitors to the appropriate check-in process.
• Complete routine documentation such as patrol logs, incident reports, and/or shift activity reports, and report hazards, suspicious behavior, and/or maintenance concerns through the proper channels.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
