Security Guard - Flex Walking Patrol

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, employees, and shoppers by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floor, entrances and exits, stock areas, and the exterior perimeter, as directed by post orders;
Observe and report unusual activity, potential policy violations, and conditions that may contribute to theft and/or loss, helping to deter incidents through a visible presence and timely communication;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation, requesting assistance as needed, and completing required incident documentation;
Monitor access points and customer traffic flow, assist with store closing and opening routines as assigned, and maintain communication with site management and dispatch using approved methods
