S.A.F.E. (Security, Athletic Facilities & Events) Management is a guest services, security, crowd management and parking staffing company that specializes in sport facility, special event management and 24/7 facility security.

S.A.F.E. Management is currently hiring part‑time Event Security & Guest Services Team Members to work at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, FL.

Team members enjoy working at sporting events, concerts, and other events. We strive to be friendly and considerate, have enthusiasm for a job well done, maintain integrity in all interactions, provide quality work and outstanding service, and strive for being the best.

Guest Service duties include, but are not limited to, ushers, ticket takers and directional staff. Event Security duties include, but are not limited to, access control, security screening, asset protection, field security and response teams.

Due to the nature of our business and the demands of the position, tasks that may be required include:

• Stand for long periods of time
• Walk up and down stairs
• Work outside in all weather elements, depending on position
• Be assigned a post that may not give you a view of the sports game, concert or event
• Work on evenings, weekends and holidays
• Work late night events or longer than typical work shifts
• Deal with disorderly or impaired guests

For Event Security:
Active Florida Class D Security License (S.A.F.E. Management can provide information on how to obtain). For Guest Services:
No specific license required.

Guest Services Team Member: $15.00 – $21.00 per hour

Event Security with Class D License: $16.50 – $21.00 per hour

Event Security without Class D License: $15.00 – $21.00 per hour

Florida Security License: BB3500009
