** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a financial services location.

+ Monitor lobby and reception activity, greet visitors, confirm identification and appointment details, and direct employees, guests, and vendors according to access protocols.

+ Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report information to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.

+ Maintain front desk logs, visitor records, and access documentation, and communicate clearly with building staff regarding deliveries, visitor questions, and security-related concerns.

+ Help to deter unauthorized access by observing entry points, supporting badge and credential checks, and following post orders for restricted areas and sensitive business operations.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ A guard card or license is preferred.

+ Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
