Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location, including hallways, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas, with attention to helping to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptions;
Monitor access points and observe daily activity to help support an orderly environment for patients, staff, and visitors;
Assist with de-escalation, direction-giving, and other routine support tasks while maintaining awareness of potential security-related concerns across the location
