Job ScheduleDay Time:
Monday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out site‑specific procedures, managing front desk activity, and supporting security‑related protocols for a commercial real estate location.
- Monitor lobby and entrance activity, verify visitor access according to property guidelines, and assist with sign‑in, badge distribution, and/or visitor direction as appropriate.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating concerns to property management and/or emergency services when appropriate.
- Answer phones, receive deliveries, maintain front desk logs and reports, and communicate clearly with building personnel regarding security‑related matters and daily operations.
- Support emergency response activities, provide information to occupants and guests, and help to deter unauthorized access through attentive front desk presence and professional interaction.
- Be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
- Be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
- Have a state, county, or city‑issued security‑related license (preferred).
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Undergo a background investigation and drug screening as required by law.
- Must meet licensing requirements per state and local laws.
- Valid driver's license required only for driving positions.
