Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Screen individuals entering the location by verifying identification, confirming authorization, and following healthcare location procedures for visitor entry, restricted areas, and/or delivery access;
Respond to incidents, concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity according to site policies;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, remaining aware of changing conditions and helping to support a professional, courteous environment;
Assist with directing foot traffic, answering general questions, and communicating clearly with staff and/or visitors regarding screening expectations, entry requirements, and security-related procedures
