, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security‑related incidents. • Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and report observations to property management and or designated contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, loading zones, and the exterior perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and general inquiries, and document daily activities, incidents, and or policy‑related concerns in required reports.
• Support property operations during deliveries, move‑ins, alarms, and after‑hours activity by following post instructions and communicating with tenants, vendors, and or emergency responders as needed.

• Possess at least 1 year of security‑related experience.
• Possession of a guard card and or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
