Position Details

Location: Tampa Bay Area, FL

Position: Full-Time Overnight Field Manager

Pay: $23.57

Schedule:

  • Overnight shifts
  • Weekend and Holiday availability required
  • On-call responsibilities as needed to support operations

What You'll Do
  • Lead and oversee all overnight patrol operations to ensure safe, efficient, and professional service delivery.
  • Conduct pre-shift briefings, review operational updates, and deploy officers based on staffing and client needs.
  • Supervise approximately 6–10 Patrol Officers while providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
  • Perform field inspections, ride‑alongs, patrol audits, and quality assurance checks to maintain operational excellence.
  • Respond to incidents, emergencies, officer requests for assistance, and client concerns throughout the overnight shift.
  • Monitor patrol completion, checkpoint compliance, and reporting accuracy while ensuring patrol standards exceed company expectations.
  • Support Dedicated Operations by assisting with emergency response, staffing needs, equipment delivery, and operational support when needed.
  • Review incident reports, vehicle inspections, patrol documentation, and operational metrics for accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain patrol vehicles, equipment readiness, and officer compliance with company policies and licensing requirements.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, safety, and exceptional customer service across the overnight team.

Minimum Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older for unarmed security officer roles; 21+ for armed security guard roles.
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Must pass a background check in compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
  • Must pass a pre‑employment drug screening (where permitted by law).
  • Must obtain a valid Florida Class D Security License (must be completed prior to starting).
  • Must own a smartphone for clocking in, reporting, and communication.
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Three or more years of security experience with previous supervisory or leadership experience.
  • Florida Class G Security License preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of patrol operations, emergency response procedures, report writing, and customer service.
