MILDEC Planner; Senior and Journeyman levels

Parsons is seeking MILDEC Planners (Senior and Journeyman) to plan, integrate, and synchronize Military Deception activities at the Combatant Command level, ensuring alignment with commander intent and operational objectives.

• Develop deception objectives, narratives, and supporting CONOPS to provide operational advantage and shape decision making.
• Analyze adversary decision-making processes, perceptions, and intelligence collection systems to identify exploitable vulnerabilities.
• Design believable, coherent, and sensor-verifiable deception narratives consistent across physical, informational, and cognitive domains.
• Coordinate closely with Information Forces and related capabilities (OPSEC, MISO, cyber, EW) to integrate deception effects, prevent fratricide, and reinforce OIE objectives.
• Ensure MILDEC planning is synchronized with operational execution, OPSEC, and intelligence activities.
• Monitor adversary responses and indicators, applying MOPs and MOEs to evaluate outcomes and guide refinement or termination of deception efforts.
• Provide continuous feedback to planners and leadership to support risk management.
• Serve as the primary MILDEC integrator and liaison across CCMD staff, subordinate components, and JIIM partners.

• Apply established MILDEC principles and joint planning processes to align deception efforts with commander intent and OIE concepts.
• Contribute to the development of deception objectives, narratives, and CONOPS that enhance friendly advantage.
• Conduct detailed analysis of adversary decision-making, intelligence collection, and likely reactions to identify vulnerabilities.
• Assist in designing feasible, believable deception actions maintaining consistency across domains.
• Ensure proposed activities are realistic, support real-world operations, and follow authorities and approvals.
• Coordinate routinely with Information Forces and related capabilities to align tasks, prevent interference, and reinforce OIE objectives.
• Work closely with J2, planners, and analysts to maintain situational awareness and keep MILDEC activities synchronized.
• Monitor intelligence reporting to track adversary responses, indicators, and fratricide risks.
• Apply MOPs and MOEs to evaluate progress and impact of deception efforts.
• Provide updates and recommendations to senior planners for refinement or termination based on observed effects.
• Prepare planning inputs, coordination materials, and staff products for integration within OPLANs, CONPLANs, and OIE-related documents.

• Current or active TS/SCI clearance (or higher) is mandatory for all levels.
• Senior:
  Bachelor’s degree and 13+ years of relevant experience (equivalent experience may substitute for degree; high school diploma 17+, associate degree 15+, master’s 10+).
• Journeyman:
  Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant experience (equivalent experience may substitute; high school diploma 17+, associate degree 15+, master’s 10+).
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Security Clearance Requirement:
An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required.

Salary Range: $74,800.00 – $.
