Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or customers at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities;
Monitor access points, verify credentials, and document visitor and contractor entry in accordance with site requirements;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as needed;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, parking areas, ATM locations, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns;
Prepare accurate activity reports and maintain required documentation for incidents, patrols, and access-control activities
