Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, employees, and merchants by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail common areas, parking areas, entrances, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Monitor access points, observe activity within the retail location, and report unusual conditions, policy violations, or maintenance concerns according to site procedures.;
Prepare accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and patrol documentation while maintaining a professional presence and positive interactions with the public.
