Richman Property Services, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Floating Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team in the South, FL Region. If you are a community‑inspired, passion‑driven individual with a can‑do attitude, we want you on our growing team!

• Minimum 2–3 years of maintenance experience in a multi‑family apartment style community
• EPA 608 Type I & II or EPA Universal certification is a very strong requirement for this position
• Ability to work independently in multi‑site or larger properties, and within a team environment
• Valid/active driver’s license, ability to travel within assigned portfolio/region in South, FL

• Perform daily repair and upkeep of the property
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy within established deadlines
• Manage service requests and ensure timely completion
• Maintain compliance with OSHA standards and The Clean Air Act
• Oversee inventory and care of tools and equipment
• Complete required tasks such as training, logs, and reports in a timely manner
• Uphold company policies and provide exceptional customer service
• Seek educational opportunities for personal growth and development
• Assist in property preventative maintenance plan
• Collaborate on maintaining curb appeal and cleanliness of buildings and grounds
• Perform on‑call duties and occasional overtime

• Education: High school diploma or GED; industry‑related courses preferred
• Experience:
  • Minimum of two (2) years of maintenance and general repair experience or groundskeeper
  • Proficiency in maintenance tasks, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc.
  • Must own basic tools as allowed by state laws
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws, including Fair Housing Laws
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Skills & Certifications:
  • EPA Section 608 Type I and II or Universal Technician license, strongly preferred
  • Valid Driver's License required
  • Proficient in English for communication and record‑keeping purposes
