We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality, safety, and career development. Quality Labor Management is seeking an experienced Commercial Electrical Superintendent to join our team. As a Commercial Electrical Superintendent, you will oversee daily electrical site operations, coordinate electrical crews and subcontractors, and ensure all work is performed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with NEC, project specifications, and commercial building standards.

Pay Range

$36 – $42 per hour

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience supervising commercial electrical construction projects
  • Extensive hands-on background in commercial electrical systems and installations
  • Thorough knowledge of NEC, OSHA standards, and local AHJ requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to manage crews, subcontractors, and multiple scopes of work
  • Proven experience reading and interpreting electrical plans, specs, and schedules
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive productivity and accountability in the field
  • Experience coordinating inspections, punch lists, and project closeout
  • Ability to maintain project schedules and adapt to changing site conditions
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Proven experience supervising commercial electrical projects from rough-in through final inspection
  • Strong knowledge of NEC, local electrical codes, and safety regulations
  • Ability to lead, schedule, and coordinate electrical crews and subcontractors
  • Experience planning manpower, materials, and equipment to meet project schedules
  • Skilled in reading and interpreting electrical drawings, one-lines, and specifications
  • Strong understanding of commercial systems including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low voltage
  • Ability to coordinate with general contractors, inspectors, engineers, and other trades
  • Commitment to jobsite safety, quality control, and OSHA compliance
  • Effective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Proficient with project documentation, daily reports, and basic construction software
