Lead Service Technician-Tampa

Overview

This client is looking for a Service Technician experienced in servicing, troubleshooting, programming, and testing enterprise security systems. Must have knowledge of access control, IP cameras, intrusion, visitor management, commercial alarm and IoT systems. Preference for candidates who can work onsite or via remote access and who are comfortable being customer‑facing.

• Service and troubleshoot access control and IP video systems.
• Program networked IP video and access control equipment.
• Maintain commercial alarm systems and related IoT devices.
• Provide onsite or remote support as required.
• Interact professionally with customers and end users.

• Current certification or proficiency in one of the following (plus):
• Access Control:
  Pro‑Watch, Genetec, Software House, Lenel/S2, Open Path.
• Video:
  Axis, Exacq, Milestone, Max Pro, Genetec, Victor, Avigilon, Hanwha.
• Locking Hardware: ASSA ABLOY, Von Duprin, Adams Rite.
• Intrusion:
  Vista, DSC, Bosch, DMP.
• Experience in troubleshooting and supporting enterprise security systems.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Salary range: $83,200 – $104,000 per year.
