Position Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Field Service Coordinator to oversee service operations and support technicians working on complex wellness equipment. This role ensures smooth scheduling, accurate documentation, proper parts flow, and exceptional customer communication. Ideal candidates have experience coordinating service teams in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or construction trades and thrive in a fast‑moving environment where organization and communication are key.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and schedule all service appointments, ensuring technicians are fully prepared for each job.
  • Dispatch technicians and manage daily routing for efficiency and productivity.
  • Track technician progress, time, and job status using GPS and service management tools.
  • Maintain and organize parts inventory; ensure technicians have required materials.
  • Log incoming parts, assign them to service orders, and prepare materials for upcoming jobs.
  • Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, updates, and service expectations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation in Service Fusion and Hub Spot CRM.
  • Process invoices, service fees, and parts billing.
  • Maintain customer records, service histories, and weekly performance reports.
  • Assist with warranty claims, vendor coordination, and parts procurement.
  • Provide responsive phone and email support to customers and internal teams.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years in a service coordination, dispatch, or field support role.
  • Experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or construction service environments strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with service management software and Google Workspace tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks.
  • High School Diploma required; technical coursework a plus.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and work on a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
