HVAC Technician

We are seeking a talented and driven HVAC Technician in Tampa, FL to join a family-oriented company that specializes in 100% Dedicated Outside Air systems (DOAS). In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and reparations of all outside air ventilation systems for commercial applications. Your work will ensure that air quality will meet or exceed expectations along with OSHA guidelines and specifications while maintaining energy efficiency.

Most of the work will be conducted locally with minimal overnight travel.

Position Offers

• $25/hr - $35/hr. If your target pay is higher, we still encourage you to apply-we could request adjustments based on experience and market conditions.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems up to 300 tons.
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep systems running at peak efficiency.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
• Will perform maintenance, installation and programming on various control systems

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in commercial HVAC service.
• Able to perform maintenance, troubleshooting and repair on commercial HVAC units.
• Experience with DOAS systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in using current technology for communication and field reporting
• EPA Universal certification
