Must Have The Following In Order To Apply
- 4 years of related experience and/or training
- 2-3 years of experience in a shipyard environment
- Calculating loads
- Certified in rigging
- Pouring a socket on a tow cable
- NCCCO - LAT(LBC) and TLL required
- 2-3 years of shipyard experience
- Valid class B driver's license
- Working experience with both hydraulic and friction cranes

The Crane Operator and Rigger is responsible for operating a variety of heavy, specialized lifting equipment. In addition to operating, the position will be required to rig loads as needed.
Duties And Responsibilities Of This Position- Operate crawler cranes
- Operate lattice boom cranes
- Operate barge mounted friction cranes
- Operate rough terrain fork lifts and loaders
- Operate hydraulic cranes of various sizes
