Position Overview

Installers (Construction General Laborers) for Alpha Foundation in Tampa, FL. Competitive hourly pay plus job‑based bonuses, employee ownership, and opportunities for rapid advancement.

• Execute Construction General Labor duties, including site set‑up, clean‑up and material handling up to 50 lbs.
• Dig and back‑fill trenches/holes for foundation work.
• Make repairs in crawl spaces (confined spaces), basements and around home foundations.
• Work outdoors, exposing to weather extremes (heat, cold, rain).
• Demonstrate safety practices and teamwork; deliver quality service.

• Valid driver’s license preferred; required for promotion.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and carry heavy materials.
• Willingness to work full‑time, non‑seasonal, year‑round schedule.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to learning and growth.
