base pay plus incentives, average total compensation could be around $60k - $100k, based on experience, tenure, and performance

Monday - Friday, the day starts at 8:00 am, with some nights and weekends depending on the rotating on-call schedule

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
• Perform routine maintenance to improve system efficiency
• Install new HVAC systems and ensure proper functionality
• Communicate effectively with customers about services and recommendations
• Maintain accurate records of work performed
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
