Clean Path Restoration™ is seeking a reliable, self‑motivated Lead Mitigation Technician - Tampa to join our growing restoration team. In this role, you'll assist in restoring residential and commercial properties affected by water, fire, mold, or storm damage. You'll be part of a professional team committed to quality craftsmanship, customer satisfaction, and safety on every project.

Key Responsibilities- Assist with water, fire, mold, and storm damage mitigation projects.
- Set up, operate, and monitor drying and dehumidification equipment.
- Perform demolition, cleaning, and debris removal as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles, tools, and work spaces.
- Follow company safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Accurately complete job documentation, notes, and photos using mobile software.
- Communicate clearly with customers, supervisors, and teammates.
- Participate in on‑call rotations and respond to emergency calls as needed.
- Represent Clean Path Restoration™ with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in restoration, construction, or a related trade preferred.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Dependable Transportation.
- IICRC certification preferred (training and certification opportunities available).
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and stand for long periods.
- Strong teamwork, organization, and communication skills.
- Dependable and self‑motivated, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.

- Full‑Time:
Monday - Friday - Emergency/on‑call rotation as needed for restoration response.
