Overview
Walsh Infrastructure Management LLC is currently seeking an Equipment Operator for the TAMPA I-4/I-275/I-175/I-375 project in Tampa, FL.
The role involves physical labor on construction job sites, including commercial, industrial, or heavy civil projects. Responsibilities include operating hand and/or power tools as needed, preparing sites, and assisting with additional assigned duties.

Responsibilities- Perform tasks involving physical labor as instructed by a supervisor.
- Work with crew members and operate a variety of hand and power tools, including drills and hammers, as directed by management.
- Clean and prepare construction sites as needed, including erecting scaffolding, removing and disposing of debris and waste materials, and digging trenches.
- Load and unload construction supplies around the worksite manually and with equipment.
- 1 year of verifiable experience preferred.
- Ability to climb and maintain balance on scaffolds/ladder.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; may be required to work in adverse weather conditions.
- Must comply with all safety policies and procedures; communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors to ensure projects are completed properly.
- Possess a strong work ethic and desire to learn.
- Good manual dexterity; may be required to stand, bend, kneel, or sit for long periods.
- Must be able to pass a pre‑employment drug screening.
