Salary Range: $19.50/hr.
Location: This is a field-based position that performs duties at client service‑oriented programs including secured facilities, residential programs and scattered site housing around the greater Tampa Bay area.

What You'll be Doing:- Performs general plumbing, electrical, and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) repairs to the facility's equipment and systems to include electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), carpentry, painting, and other building systems.
- Performs routine inspections of facilities to determine needed maintenance repairs; plans work assignments and project schedules, as needed.
- Performs general cleaning tasks in the facility.
- Maintains facility's inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies, as needed.
- Delivers goods and materials to programs, as needed.
- Performs related work as required/assigned.
- A high school diploma or the equivalent
- One (1) year of experience in facility or property management
- Ability to pass Federal, State and Local Law Level 2 background clearances
- Certifications in EPA, HVAC electrical, plumbing, and/or air conditioning (HVAC).
- Certifications eligible for additional compensation.
- General knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
- Ability to identify issues and determine repairs as needed.
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
- Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, and crawl into awkward spaces.
