We currently have 15 branches, 60,000+ customers and 400+ employees and expect to continue growing. We are seeking a Wildlife Technician who is ready to join our family and help continue our company growth! The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be well organized, detail oriented and self-motivated. While supported by an incredible team of pest management professionals, our technicians work independently throughout the day.

• Abide regulations by FL Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services and O.S.H.A.
• Climb ladders of various heights with safety equipment and materials.
• Operate power tools to apply materials to job specifications.
• Translate blueprints to real world application.
• Trap and catch wildlife under Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission and company guidelines.
• Safely traverse rooftops and tight spaces alike.
• Gain an understanding of wildlife habit and identify signs of activity.
• Use modern technology to communicate with customers and coworkers.
• Work in a team environment with a positive attitude.
• Troubleshoot construction flaws and identify small entry points with intent to repair and seal.
• Follow directive from leadership to accomplish company goals.
• Maintain punctuality with the ability to work within a given appointment time frame.
• Operate various company vehicles.
• Exhibit excellent listening and communication skills.
• Be competent with the use of new technology.
• Be organized and able to manage their own daily route.

Must be at least 18 years old. No experience required, training will be provided. High School Diploma or equivalent.

This is a full-time position. Some Saturdays may be required.

Local daily travel within the assigned territory.
