Your workday will mostly be spent listening to customers' concerns, educating customers in a good-natured, clear and direct manner so they can make informed choices, and being a champion for our company by adhering to the high standards we've set for ourselves. REQUIREMENTS

• Previous Residential Plumbing Service experience is helpful, and we're happy to train the right candidate - we hire for personality over experience

• Intermediate computer and mobile device skills (will work with Service Titan - our CRM - and other web-based apps on company provided iPad)
