We are seeking experienced Handymen to support our residential and commercial property portfolio.
This is a 1099 contractor role offering flexible appointment-based scheduling. Work is assigned based on service requests, maintenance needs, and project scope, allowing you to accept jobs that fit your availability.
Responsibilities- Perform general repairs and maintenance across residential and commercial properties
- Handle tasks such as drywall patching, painting, fixture installation, minor plumbing, and electrical work
- Complete make‑ready and turnover work for properties
- Troubleshoot issues and provide practical solutions
- Maintain high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Communicate job status, findings, and completion updates
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Proven experience in general repairs and property maintenance
- Must have your own tools and basic equipment
- Skilled in light carpentry, drywall repair, painting, minor plumbing, and electrical work
- Ability to troubleshoot and complete a wide range of maintenance tasks independently
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
