PositionOverhead Door Company of Kansas City™, a DH Pace Company, Inc., aspires to hire Commercial Door Installer Trainees. In this position, you will learn to install a wide variety of commercial doors and door hardware. If you have experience in the door industry, we are also hiring experienced technicians.
Job Responsibilities- Install and/or repair a wide range of commercial door and door hardware including roll up doors, dock equipment, high‑speed rolling doors and commercial entry doors
- Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services
- Operate in a safety‑conscious manner at all times while performing job duties
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Experience in a similar role or a role requiring mechanical aptitude preferred
- Ability to safely lift up to 100 pounds
- Ability to work at heights and use a ladder
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
