Waterproofer Installer – Tampa, FL
Pay: $18 – $25 per hour (based on experience) Job Type: Full-Time | Non-Exempt

What You'll Do- Apply silicone and polyurethane sealants with a 20oz sausage gun (clean finish)
- Perform expansion joint control, damp proofing, and concrete repair
- Install below-grade waterproofing systems (bentonite, sheet applied, cementitious)
- Apply sheet- and fluid-applied systems — both hot and cold
- Install drainage, protection materials, and water-repellent coatings
- Support project set-up, cleanup, and site safety

What We're Looking For- 1+ year of waterproofing or general construction experience
- Carpentry skills preferred (not required)
- Must follow safety and fall protection guidelines
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders or elevated areas
